Your customer number is a unique number linked to your Pro account. This also helps us look up your orders if you have any inquiries. Upon approval into the Pro program you will automatically be generated a customer number.
Your password allows you to login to your Pro account and purchase items through our Pro store. You will automatically have a temporary one generated for you upon admission into our Pro or Industry program.
The group applications are meant to be for groups such as Search and Rescue Organizations or companies whose entire full time staff qualify under our Pro program guidelines. Please be aware that we are only able to extend our Pro and Industry deals to full time employees in good standing.
The reason we ask for a recent paystub is to confirm your full time employment with your company or organization. We do not require to see any sums, if you feel more comfortable to black any sum figures that is completely understandable, we do however require this documentation as proof of employment.
We require your paystub to be no more than 1 month from the current date of application.
There are many different factors that can cause you problems when logging in. Generally if you ensure you have the correct login (either your email address or your Customer number) along with the correct password you won't have any problems. If you still find you are having problems you can reset your password using the "Forgot my password" button
Due to the price discount we offer on the Pro program we are not able to extend Returns or Exchanges to anyone on the Pro or Industry Purchase program. You may not return product to a dealer.
No, the Pro purchase program is ONLY for you. Abuse of the program can result in removal from the program.

You will receive an email from us asking you to renew your application by resubmitting current information demonstrating your continuing employment as and Outdoor Professional or as an Industry Manufacturer.
Currently our program is available to Canada, the United States and all European countries. Any other countries are facilitated through local distributors and Pros are required to speak with them regarding any programs available to you.
